Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, alleviate dysphoria, or find joy in movement, I tailor workouts to meet your needs—including considerations for hypermobility, past injuries, and any physical limitations.

Nutritional Coaching

Fueling your body should feel nourishing, not stressful. As a transgender man, therapist, and certified nutrition coach, I offer guidance tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re looking to support your fitness goals, improve energy levels, or develop a healthier relationship with food.

While I can’t provide meal plans (because it’s out of the scope of practice for a nutrition coach), I can offer advice on general diets, supplements, and sustainable nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and goals. My approach is flexible, body-affirming, and designed to work with any physical considerations, including hypermobility and other limitations.
