For WPATH letters, I provide you with a template that you can use to help guide you for all clients needing one.

My rates cover sessions, preparation, documentation, letters of support, supervision, and collaboration, letting me provide thoughtful, individualized care while keeping your information confidential. I provide superbills for insurance reimbursement, which may reduce your therapy costs by 20-80% if you have out-of-network benefits!
I utilize multiple methods, including talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.

I provide trainings about how to provide gender affirming care as a physical or mental health provider, including learning about the WPATH standards of care, information about the many types of gender affirming medical interventions, how to document in ways that protect your clients, affirming language, etc.

I provide parent coaching to guide and support you in navigating the challenges of raising children. Through personalized strategies, practical tools, and collaborative problem-solving, you’ll improve communication and strengthen your relationship with your child.
